  1. If you want them to be fluent in a particular foreign language, you'll have to teach them from the beginning. Let them treat that language as their first language. I mean, I know there can;t be two first languages, but what I am saying is, two languages can be taught at the same time since the inception.
  2. I am not a good teacher. Although, I would like my kids to know as any language as possible, I don't know if I will ever teach them any languages besides Hindi and English. Teaching is something I don't really like.
  3. It seems that you all have your favorite words. Am I the only one who doesn't discriminate against the words? They all deserve to be treated equally after all. There are too many 'Ineffable' words to mention here.
  4. I have been to Israel. Although most people dont understand a single word of Hindi, they seem to dance to the Bollywood music. It's difficult for me to connect to something that I don't understand though.
  5. It depends on the country you are in and your preference. If you live in India just like me, you'd have to learn some German and French along with English language. So I think French and German are the two invaluable languages you have to learn to make a killing in India.
