I would like to encourage and it's a good step to save our native language. Kids should know their native language.

Yes, we can learn language by listening and we do learn by listening from our childhood but it's quite difficult to learn a foreign language just by listening to a radio because we can not learn the proper accent of any language only by listening. 

I think it should be "11 weeks of holiday", it sounds correct.

No, It's not good for translating the full sentence. You can use it as a dictionary to know the meaning of words. 

I will suggest English to everyone because it's an international language so you can use it frequently. If you move to some other country and you don't now their native language so English language will help to communicate with other people in that country. It is also useful to grow your career in th right direction.  

It's a good method as I concern. You can learn with comfort and it will also help you to develop a positive confidence for communicating with others. 

Read some good books, try to write in Japanese and start watching some videos. Talk to your friends in Japanese who can make you correct if you are wrong somewhere. 

I don't think that a google translate is a good option for translating the sentences because many times it translates incorrectly.

That's a great idea. Let us give a name to this method of learning "Knowledge for Knowledge". This kind of learning can also help to the students who can't bear the expensive classes for learning, they just need to share their knowledge to gain knowledge from others.

It's hard to teach an illiterate person in the target language but you can try to teach with the help of some videos by which the person can learn through listening and watching.  

According to me, the TOEFL test is the best to judge the English proficiency.

When we want to say, someone, that you are so pretty there we use "Bonita" word for pretty so the word "Bonita" sounds beautiful in Spanish. 

The best way to learn Spanish is Watching videos, reading books and writing. Watching video will help you to catch right accent of the language and it will work for you as a private Spanish tutor so you must watch some good videos to learn effectively.

Perfect memory is good but I don't think that any human being can have the perfect memory. 

A teacher can motivate students by telling them some stories or examples which can connect them to it so that the students can generate their interest in studies. A language tutor can show some videos which will help students because listening and watching helps a lot in learning the language.

Yes, sometimes it helps in learning different languages and the correct pronunciation but depends on the learner.  

Depends on you completely because it needs concentration and catching power. If you have a good catching power and can concentrate on two different languages at the same time, then it's not a big deal to learn two languages at the same time. You just need to focus on the learning process and try to watch some videos which will be helpful for you to understand the correct accent of the language.
