Hello linguaholics! I'm conducting a survey on Chinese language learners, to understand how we discover new words in the language. Your responses would really be invaluable to my Master thesis, which is centered around Chinese vocabulary learning and it's aimed at the creation of a prototype . The survey shouldn't take more than 5-6 minutes of your time and it's completely anonymous. https://forms.gle/Gv7DmLMCiqFUbpU39 If you have any comments or want to share your personal experience on discovering new vocabulary, we can also have a discussion here of course!
Hi, I probably have a C1 level & want to do a Proficiency C2 test. Therefore I'd like to do a course for about 2 months in an Asian country. I do speak English daily since years, read books, watch movies & use google in English. My budget isn't particularly low but neither high. I can't or won't afford expensive classes in Great Britain, North America or Oceania. I traveled a lot in the last years & am able to feel at home in many places. I can imagine doing a course in Thailand, India, Vietnam or even in the Philippines (well, probably the least favourite as I really don't like the food in the Philippines but on the other hand it might be better as the locals speak English...) Any recommendations? It could be either a language school with group courses or a privat teacher which knows the requirements of the CPE test & can help me filling the gaps & pointing me in the right direction to pass the test... I estimate that 8 weeks of two private lessons per week or 8 weeks of 4 group lessons per week will be enough if I study hard beside classes... Has anybody done the same?
First of all, I want to thank God for allowing me up to make this video, so that I can show you all. Since this was a dream I have had for almost 4 years, to make a video where I am speaking a lot of languages, and well, here it is my dream. (I AM NOT FLUENT IN ALL THOSE LANGUAGES)- I would like to warn you guys, I don't consider myself as a Polyglot, and any other fuckery related to it. I just do something I like, and I really like this stuff. (I really enjoy learning languages, and practicing them with people.)This is not everything guys. Stay tuned for more videos. I am preparing for you guys, such as Level up videos.Any critical commentary, negative ones as well as positive ones are warmly welcome, in addition I am not perfect or that good in most of those languages, so any advice outragiously will be taken and accepted by me.My best regards, and hope you enjoyed this video.Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/setuarpFacebook Fan Page: https://www.facebook.com/setuarp/Twitter: https://twitter.com/setuarpFacebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/765125346839301/
