I have a query regarding below line

Heimat ist für mich kein bestimmter Ort.

Can someone explain the declination and why is Ort being declined as nominative if I'm understanding correct? Can you explain the nominative, accusative and dative in this statement?

      Hey Mstrmstr

There is no dative in this sentence.

bestimmter Ort is a noun phrase within another phrase.

and yes, bestimmter Ort is in nominative case and this is why it is "bestimmter.

      Kind regards,
