Ahmed Fedy Posted February 16, 2014 Report Share Posted February 16, 2014 Greeting! I am a 16-year-old teenager from Tunisia, and I am fond of languages! My native language is obviously Arabic and I really appreciate being born as a native arabic speaker. It is a huge honor and only those who actually witnessed its greatness can really understand it. Anyway, i learned French which is the second language of my country, and then started English. I started learning this interenational langauge through TV, songs... And gradually i started to love this language and it became one of my daily bases to practise this language. I am also very interested in the Japanese culture and i am doing quite an effort to learn its language... Also, i am doing small but courageous steps towards learning German. I like that language, and it is very similar to English, after all old english is very related to old German.I am very found of reading books and writing whatever comes to my mind in my lonely moments, and i am pretty much a lonely men, i find joy in sciences and languages. These "non living things" fill my solitude more than people, they gave me the chance to cross the boundries of reality and to travel to an other dimension where languaage is more than a way of communication but a complete living soul and where idea is what matters and no kind of discrimination matters...I hope I succeed in my linguistic journey... It is great to see someone at your age already having a great passion for learning (foreign) languages and 'exploring' new cultures.
