Looking for a safe way to get the Gladiator title

I’ve been thinking about getting a Gladiator boost, but I’m honestly terrified of all the stories about account sharing and bans. I’ve put way too much time into my main character to risk losing it, but at the same time, I really want that title and the transmog. Does anyone know if there are services that offer "self-play" where you actually get to play your own character alongside the pros? I want to earn the wins, I just need a team that won't miss a single CC chain or blow their trinkets on nothing. Is that even a thing, or is every boost just someone else playing your account?
