isla Posted January 10, 2016 Report Share Posted January 10, 2016 I'm studying Kafka's Metamorphosis, and noticed that at first the narrator refers to Gregor's midsection as "Bauch", then to "Unterleib", and wondered if this could show his attitude towards his transformation changing.
