  1. Here in my country most people know how to speak basic english, but they are not using it. So if somebody is talking in english it's a bit weird. One time I have to take English exam for employment purposes. I need to speak in english everyday to practice. I also have a friend who are doing the same. so we decided to speak wherever we are. At first it's kinda weird because a lot of people are looking at you but as I go along I get used to it. I don't feel weird anymore. It comes out naturally.

If you really want to communicate in spanish it's ok. Some people might find it weird or feel like your just showing off. Don't mind them. The feeling will pass. Besides you have a good reason why you are doing it. I think that's the only thing that matters. Goodluck.

  2. Knowing english (my second language) landed me a nice job in a foreign land. It open opportunities for me.It also helps me when I'm travelling. Another thing was, one time there was a foreign guy admitted in our facility and nobody wants to talk to him, it frustrates both my co workers and the guy that they don't understand each other. I served as an interpreter and I helped him during his stay.

  3. Some languages are using  characters,  that makes it harder for me to learn. What I do is I learn first of how to speak it than to write it. Most of the time I communicate with talking but not in writing. To learn, I watch videos. The reason why I want to learn foreign language is to communicate even the basic one. It is helpful when I do traveling. Learning new language also helps me build my self confidence.

  4. I watch  foreign movies with subtitles, so I can understand the movies better. It helps me a lot. I'm not sure if that can be considered unusual. I also talk in front of the mirror, that helps me see my facial expressions and sometimes I pick questions from the internet then I record my answers. I'll listen with my voice to check my pronunciation, accent or diction.

  5. I really want to learn German, for a couple of months staying in Germany. I learned few basic words and phrases. I also try to learn online. Hearing it everyday during my stay makes it easier at that time. I can understand some words but I can't really communicate well. But after I came home, I forgot almost everything since I don't hear and use it often. Aside from german I also want to learn french and italian. I'm fascinated with these languages.

  6. I think a lot of people are playing this game. it's a nice app.  been playing it for couple of weeks but i got stuck. This game will let you think. I encounter something about this game, that I think should not be included like a certain disease. The pictures shows the symptoms of the disease and that disease is not even common. I think it is better if they will just use common things. It is just my opinion.

  7. If you are using the language everyday. It is easier, but once you stop using it, you'll forget it. It happened to me. Sometimes I can't recall the correct word. I can't express what I'm trying to say. Learning a new language is easy. I think no matter how fluent you are, if your not using or hearing it everyday there's a big chance that you'll forget it.

  8. I started learning English in my primary school. I am lucky to have that subject in school. I went to other countries and knowing how to speak English is really important. I may not know their native language but through English I can still communicate with them since, most countries are using English as their second language.

  9. Correct grammar is really important. Most of the time, it will reflect the educational background of a person. Aside from that, it serves as a basis of how intelligent the person is. I'm just talking in general. I know people should not be judge of how she/he communicates, especially using foreign language. I started learning other language at a very young age, but since I don't use it regularly. I still have some grammar errors every now and then.

  10. The first word I used was Nay, short for Nanay. It's a tagalog word we use to call out mother. Since my mother is the one taking care of me most of the time. That is the first word she taught me because of how I will call her. We all know that when we try to teach a baby to talk for the first time, you'll notice that they always say the last syllable of the word. For instance for Mommy, the baby will copy it getting only the last syllables making it MI.
