  1. Coming from a corporate background, if I want to use some words/phrases in the office environment, what would they be? I am more into using the phrases which try to create humor around. Hoping for some amazing words!
  2. For me, it is indubitable! When I say it in front of anybody, that person is meant to give me a smile for the word! Funny word!
  3. Very useful tips! I always implement the words when I talk, that make me remember them more. Sometimes the person in front is unable to get the word, so when I explain it to him/her, that again fits that word into my brain in a firm way!
  4. I do agree with you! I think, this is because of the corporate world mostly! On top of it, if at all, continues to say Namaste, people look at him/her in a surprised way. This shows that we need to take a step ahead so that the word can be remembered for more years!
  5. The cursive handwriting is not vanished totally, it is just that people are not willing to take it due to the efforts involved in developing it. People are currently learning to write by the usual method which does not involve cursive. The people who learnt this writing back in the days, are able to direct the current generation, but not totally! This makes people be very reluctant to write cursive English!
  6. If you have some background of Hindi from your academics or so, I think it is not that tedious task to learn the Hindi grammar. I can say this confidently as I have been in the same shoes back in the days. That is how I learnt Hindi Grammar back then.
  7. I think it is the very accent of the language which attracts me. Also, in some months, I might be travelling to Germany, so this is the reason why I would like to learn this language. One of my brothers is fluent in this language, so I have somebody with whom I can communicate, that is why I chose this language.
  8. I generally use dictionary.com for the same. I actually have an app which is able to do give me the words as and when required. Also, this app provides a very fantastic "Word of the day" section, where you can see the word and its meaning accordingly.
  9. Greetings Everybody! I am Aditya from India and I am here to learn a new language of course! Not specifically planned about how to go forth with the learning, but I think, I will be able to get a lot from the forum. Also, for the record, I know English and Hindi languages and I am interested to share my knowledge related to the same.
