  1. In Croatian (also Bosnian and Serbian) it would be "Sretan Dan Državnosti!". Sretan would stand for 'happy', while 'Dan Državnosti' would mean 'the day of the country', which is the closes to Thanksgiving we have here.
  2. Indistinctiveness probably. It was sort of a joke/contest/whatever between one of my buddies and myself. I failed horribly at spelling it.
  3. Definitely (I actually spelled it 'Definetely' right now, but my auto-correct fixed it haha) and unfortunately (wow, spelled ti correctly haha!). There might be a few more, but I can't remember them right now. I also tend to forget some letters sometime (see what I did there? ).
  4. Hi! I am Ivan (translated to John) from Croatia! I am currently in economics highschool, where I am learning my mother language, Croatian, and English. I believe my English is fluent (getting straight A's), but I always want to learn more. So I watch a lot of TV shows, read books, play games etc. I am thinking of studying German, it could really come useful to me. Either that or Esperanto, not sure yet. Anyways, see you guys around!
  5. Liked and shared. Facebook is a big place, I'm sure it will attract a nice amount of people to Linguaholic. Good job promoting it there.
  6. German. My aunt is living in Germany, so hopefully she can help me out a bit. I currently speak English and Croatian, and I would love to at least understand German. I don't find it as a really beautiful language, but as an useful one - yes.
