I find the accent of eastern european woman the most beautiful thing ever & I couldn't imagine anything better to listen to over long periods of time. I mean it just sounds so beautiful especially the polish & lithiation variations.

The reason for this is due to memory fluctuations of the word being read or written properly before and this causes the feelings you have been experiencing. Sometimes you can have this feeling even in reverse.

The advances in technology have been amazing and something that should be taken into consideration. Because of this people are able to put effective techniques that respond to the learner forward in efficient ways.

After a google search I have come upon the answer to your question. They indeed do mean the same thing & I would even go as far as to say that perhaps the only different is the way they are perceived when spoken or read.

Now that I think about, I'd have to say that the most difficult language to learn would be mandarin. I tried to learn it several times but I'm still yet to master that beautiful language.
