Duolingo really helps you with repetitive ways of learning vocabulary. It's a little bit like memrise.com, where you can learn just about anything simply repeating the words. Also it does say words out loud for you which is a big help.

I like to write down the dialogues i am listening to. It helps me to remember the vocabulary while also listening to native speakers talking.

I am trying to learn romanian and my tactic is speaking with native speakers, also listening to Pimsleur lessons :)). I do enjoy watching tv shows or eavesdropping on native speakers on the bus while going to school.

Romanian? yes! I am trying to learn romanian now, mainly because I moved to Romania in February and outside city centres not everyone speaking english. Any advice on Romance languages?
