Speech-to-text // Dragon Naturally Speaking

I would love to know if someone is familiar with Speech-to-Text software like Dragon Naturally Speaking?

Dragon naturally speaking is a speech recognition software and it basically writes down what you are saying. I am sure everybody knows about Siri (iphone). Siri as well let's you dictate a text and writes it down for you (for instance writes an sms for you). I tried this kind of system a few years ago and I was already amazed how good it was.

Unfortunately my experience is not personal -- it is the experience of a friend. In his case, he is using Dragon as a way to use computers more effectively, as his hands and fingers are not functional for typing. He has had great success with it, and his posts (we chat on the internet) are clear and well formulated, with great punctuation.

That is a cool software to have around if needed. I can't see myself using such a software for anything important though lol.
