I feel unconfortable to put "heute" in the middle of the sentence. Do you think I can move it to the end of the sentence- Er hat Geburtstag heute? Thank you very much! PS. In fact ' Er hat Geburstag heute' would be grammatically correct as well, however the focus would be more on Geburtstag than 'heute' .
