Predicative adjective or adverb ?

Hello ! I would like to know if the following phrases are correct :

1° "Der Mann wurde betrunken zur Polizeiwache geführt" (with the meaning "The man was led to the guardhouse while being drunk")

2° "Der Mann wurde schnarchend ins Bett geführt" (with the meaning "The man was led to bed while snoring")

3° "Sie werden strassenbauend nach Sibirien geführt" (with the meaning "They are led to Siberia while (being) building roads")

If these phrases are correct, what is the grammatical function of "betrunken" in1°, of "schnarchend" in 2° and of "strassenbauend" in 3° ? A person says me that they are adverbs. Do you think it is right ? Perhaps these words are predicative adjectives ?

Thanks in advance.
