Ann Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Can someone please tell me how to use " comer con los ojos" in a sentence! At the very first time, I didn't understand but basically you can eat someone with your eyes not literary! For example: in English: she's eating flamenco eggs while he drinks a sip of red wine and starts ogling her ... in Spanish: Thanks in advance! :) Quote

Mikala Posted September 14, 2019 Report Posted September 14, 2019 Ogling means to look amourously like with affection or lust. I think "comer con los ojos" while directly meaning "to eat with your eyes" can be translated the same way. It is all figurative. Quote
