  1. Any words with double letters multiple times, like the word "assessment". I always misspell it on paper, and I almost misspelled the word "misspell". I'm not sure why, but it's just something that I always mess up on.
  2. In the United States you're supposed to take an English course every year in a public school. I don't know how it is in private schools, or charter schools but I would think they do the same. Most English classes are so easy that it's not even a real class for most. In tests like the SAT, and the High School Assessment there is an English category that you're supposed to do.
  3. I'm a fast reader, ever since elementary school I would usually be the fastest reader be it aloud, or just reading in my head I was generally the fastest. The thing is that I'm not a fan of reading but when I do have to read I'm pretty good at it.
  4. I actually use the acronym "LOL" way too much. Even when something isn't funny in the first place I'll still use it just as a placeholder for something I don't want to type or for something that I don't know how I would reply to. It's pretty good, but I should get used to not using it as much.
  5. Yes, but it'll take a long time to get used to it and to learn what the accent actually is. Generally if you speak to other people in a different language than you are used to you'll pick up their accent if you do talk to them a lot. I picked up a Korean accent, it's not perfect but it's pretty close.
  6. I've never written anything on my hands unless a friend was doodling on my hand just as a friendly thing in middle school. I never personally wrote anything on my hands for notes, or even to cheat.
  7. I've used it a few times, I admit it's pretty cool. But for real use I think it's silly, and plus don't you think it looks weird when people are talking to their phones? But it does recognize languages/accents pretty well.
  8. I remember this word around 2010 when I was listening to a few songs. But Miley Cyrus is definitely not the first person to use this word, though she does use it repetitively in her songs which is annoying. But pretty nice article, nice to know what year it was originally used in.
  9. I don't really check the language that much because I can mostly guess the word by the context it was used in. But if I'm trying to define a word for someone I'll most likely just look it up on Google or something and get the definition.
  10. I don't know why but when people misuse "to" as "too" and "there" and "they're" it really bothers me. Like I just can't seem to read the sentence if it's they're, it really bothers me. Does it bother you guys to?
  11. I'm currently learning Spanish, but when I'm done with this after this year I would love to learn German. It's a pretty exotic language and plus it shouldn't be too hard since English is also a Germanic language.
