I can't say if puns play an important role whatsoever, but I do like telling puns. It makes me feel witty, especially when my friends laugh at it. The most hilarious, and witty, pun I've read was this: Which president is the least guilty? Lincoln. Because he's in a cent. Hehe. Punny.

I am a fast reader. I take pride in that a lot because during English or Reading classes, I finish the stories first, therefore I am able to discuss it with my mentor more than others. It's also convenient when I so badly want to finish a novel and know what happens next. Yeah! But I don't usually read aloud. I tend to lose focus on the content of the piece because I concentrate on the delivery, even when I'm alone.

Def. I use it when I say something corny, and note that I joke a lot. Wehehehe. But everytime that I'm really happy, that genuine happiness is reflected not by LOL, but by a very long "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

Before, I use shortcuts when I send simple messages like "how r u?" or "wer na u?" (Where are you, Filipino). I also went through the 'Jejemon' phase. Here in our country, those who use numbers instead of letters (6 for G, 5 for S...), throw unnecessary punctuation marks, and often use 'xsz' at the end of the words (eowxsz for hello), are referred to as Jejemons. Admittedly, I had a mild case of this 'syndrome' before, back when I was in grade school. But now, I capitalize letters properly, use punctuation marks when needed, spell words correctly and as much as possible, use correct grammar (whether English or Filipino). I only use shortcuts when I have a lot more to say but already reached the character limit.
