Help with identifying this old language

I have no idea, but I can tell you one thing: it's not Cyrillic.
It looks more like Brahmic, but even that seems to be false.

It is Armenian Language: Artarutyun yev Khaghaghutyun (classical transcription: Ardarutiwn ew Khaghaghutiwn), Justice & Peace.
