Letter Frequency Counter for Letters
You can use our Letter Frequency Counter to count letters in any text. Simply enter the desired text in the text area field above and the count for each letter will be displayed automatically.
This will only take regular letters into consideration as well as spaces between words. Other special characters like backspaces and new line characters were filtered out on purpose, as these are usually not of interest.
CSV Export for Letter Frequencies is supported.
After entering your text in the text area, simply click on “Export as CSV” and the whole letter count statistics are exported instantly.
The CSV export consists of three values per letter:
- The name of the letter (ex: “L”)
- the letter frequency (ex: 18)
- the letter frequency in percent (2%)
Feel free to use our Letter Frequency Calculator for any type of text you want.
