I understand about that "rr" sound, since it's not in the English consonants. It is like the so familiar sound "sh" for you, English speakers, but not for us, Spanish speakers. That sound may become "familiar" with a lot of practice.
What do you mean with "Idioma es difícil."? Spanish language or learning any language?
  3. Gracias por las correcciones! Could you explain to me how to use in a proper manner the words in, on, onto and at? I have a mess in my mind figuring out. Thanks in advance!
  4. My name is Alex, I'm 42, married and living in Mexico up to this time. I have more than eight years living here, and I feel so good; mexican people are very kind and warm, the nature is beautiful and the food is delicious. I'm from Chile, however my wife is mexican. This is my first time on a foreign country. Greetings!
  5. Here some corrections: "Voy usar este foro para hablar de cosas al azar." You only missed to add that single word in bold. Me tan enojada." Later I'm going to talk a little about me.
  6. Hi, Mikala! Could you please post that message again, but this time in your mother tongue? That way I can get some corrections to your Spanish writing, and viceversa.
  7. Hi, Jordi! I'm from Chile. Where are you from?
  8. The first one is correct, but the second one must be: "Ni Oliver ni Antonio son Latinos". I think someone has been already mentioned it.
  9. Thank you for the links!
That site has a lot of information, more than I know, of course. By the way, would you be so kind to correct the English that I might have written bad? I would greatly apreciate it, since I'm learning English. Thanks in advance!
  12. I didn't know that website! I have taken a quick look and it seems to be a very helpful site for learning English. Thank you, armitur.
  13. https://www.lifeder.com/palabras-frases-mexicanas/ Alguna palabra en específico que desee entender?
  14. Hi, Vlad! What fluent language do you have? I'm fluent in Spanish and I'm learning English. I don't have much practice speaking English, in fact, I never talked before with someone with native English. Greetings!
  15. Nice and Very helpful! The chinese guy is funny too. Greetings!
Greetings!
  17. La corrección a lo que escribió sería: "... Pensé que no encontraría a alguien tan pronto." Lo demás está bien escrito. Greetings!
I'm Spanish native, Chile-Mexico, so as you can see I'm learning English. Greetings! PS.- By the way, the title must be "Ayuda con Español"
Hi everyone! I'd like to propose to all members of this forum a new section called "Right and Wrong", where every participant who post in here, do that to share a bit about himself; gustos, anécdotas, sueños, etc. to pursue the goal of knowing each other a little bit more and also practice or improve the learning of the wanted language. In this case, I started for "Spanish - English", since I'm a Spanish language native and I'm learning English. La mecánica es la siguiente... If the native language of the participant is Spanish, he will post in that language and then he will do in English dentro del mismo post, but WITHOUT the help of translaters; the real purpose is that he can add comprensión and practice by his own knowledge and the guiding help of the members. Whatever he don't know how to write podrá dejar igual y resaltar en negrita. The participant who answer to CORREGIR will do that offering some examples, so all the people can understand and learn. Of course if the writed post suposedly right is not, it will be corregido as well. As I mentioned this post, I shall start. PS.- The new section name is open to new suggestions.
  21. But how is it possible, linguaholic? I'm living in Mexico, with mexican people around me every day, and of course speaking to me in Spanish. Thou my wife and son know to speak English very well, they usually are busy doing their things. The idea would be to speak in English with someone native of that language, don't you think? That was my purpose of finding through this forum, but to find that person is the key... with no results, so far. Greetings!
  22. Thank you, linguaholic, I'm gonna check that link. I will consider your advice.
  23. Hi, linguaholic! I mean a specific article in this forum. Sorry, I have to improve my English. By the way... Do you know where I can find some English test too? Regards!
