Hello fellows,

I'm interested about the app Grammarly, it helps you to write in English, there is a premium version and I'm wondering about pay for this service, does someone else use it?

Do you use a similar app?

Thanks!

This is like comparing apples to oranges to bananas.
Grammarly is simply grammar correction software (think spell check in office software, but for grammar instead of spelling).
Italki is a site to find remote language teachers or language exchange enthusiasts.
Duolingo is a fun game you play as a distraction while having nothing else to do.

It's not about permission or advise, it's about not having anything to do with the question of the person asking.
It's like if somebody is asking where in a certain rural area you can get your drivers license cheapest and easiest, and someone else would say "well I advise you just get yourself an iPhone, or go dine outdoors more often".

Yes, I've been using Bartleby write which is similar to Grammarly and in fact offers more from a research perspective with plagiarism checker and citation tools. I've been using it for 8-10 months (including a month's free trial).

I’ve been exploring different writing and grammar tools lately, and it’s amazing how many apps are out there that are similar to Grammarly. Some focus more on style, others on clarity or tone, and it can get overwhelming to pick the right one. I’ve also tried combining these tools with online courses to really improve my writing, and it makes a huge difference. Teaching Strategies offers some pretty solid courses, and https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/teaching-strategies/customer-service.html has been helpful whenever I had questions about the material. Has anyone tried pairing apps with structured courses? I’d love to hear what’s worked for others in improving grammar and overall writing skills without feeling lost in tech options.
