I really like the app called Kid genius. Obviously it's for kids. I use it to teach English for my niece. It has lots of categories appropriate for children, even simple math quiz, flash cards with pictures and original English pronunciation.

"Spanish Touch Trainer" is indeed a good one. I'm also using the app called SpanishDict. It's a dictionary app, but it also has built-in word game, phrases, daily words are sent to you etc. It's really useful.
