Hello everyone!

I am an American who just graduated this May with a degree in German. I studied abroad in Germany for 6 months learning the language and the city where I stayed. I've been in love with the language since I was around 5 years old, trying to teach myself from an English-to-German dictionary (with debatable success rates). I took French, however, in high school, at the urging of my mother. Since college German, my French has been almost completely erased. I want to relearn very badly, and keep both strong.

It's nice to meet everyone!

Hello Skyfox!

Welcome to the forum!

Both French and German are amazing languages, I'm sure you'll refresh your French in no time (and maybe help those of us who are struggling with German along the way :) )

Hallo! I love German too, although I'm not majoring in it. I am preparing to study abroad in Austria, and I'm hoping to become fluent, or at least close! Good luck learning French, that's next on my list :)
