linguaholic
It's most probably Korean. Can't read it though. But if it is indeed Korean, we will be able to figure it out here on Linguaholic.com !
linguaholic
And as far as I can tell, the second 'plate' is the wrong way around.....I mean as far as the Korean 'letters' go.
宇崎ちゃん
That's Korean indeed. I don't know any Korean, but I can read it at the very least. Don't blame me for using spaces on the wrong spots, as I said I don't know any Korean. I yeong ae (cheon sam do seong) 1969.7.16. Great thanks to anyone who can tell me the language and what it says Hi! I asked a former colleague from work and asked if he could translate it for me. The texts are indeed Hangul, and according to my Korean colleague, the writing means the following: Lee, Youngae 1969.07.16 to celebrate the visit of Gwangju, Korea Hope this helps Cuba
VinayaSpeaks
I think its Korean. However, I cannot decipher what it exactly says. By the way Korean as well as Japanese language evolved from Chinese script and looks and sounds like Chinese language.

I disagree, Korean and Japanese have no tones, Chinese does. So they can't sound like Chinese. Additionally, Chinese characters in Japanese have multiple readings, they have only 1 reading in Chinese. Mostly. And they're rarely used in Korean at all.
