Someone to Skype with and practice German/Mandarin/Spanish/Frencg (NL: English)

Hey! I'm a native English speaker who's very new to German and Mandarin, and would like to find someone I can skype with regularly to practice. I also speak intermediate level Spanish, and am near fluent in French, and would love to skype with people who are fluent/native in those languages.
