  1. It's Japanese. @Blaveloper I am pretty certain that Blaveloper will be able to tell you what we deal with here. If not, I can give you a broad overview as well (I can not read everything of it, but I understand the basic concepts of it, as I can speak/read Chinese characters. Best, Lingua

  11. Hi everyone Could you please help me to make the translation of the following tagalog sentences: 1. Kumanta ang mga bata 2. Bago ang bahay. 3. Artista ang babae. 4. Nasa kusina ang mesa. My translations are as follows: 1. The children are singing. 2. The house is new. 3. The woman is an actress. 4 The table is in the kitchen. Please let me know if my translations are correct. Thanks a lot. Best, Lingua
  12. For the First sentence I am wanting to say 'the kids had their friends over.' ->>>> ....und die Freundinnen meiner Kinder zu Besuch waren. I have one question. Why did you write denn and not weil? I seem to be having trouble understanding the difference between the two. ->>>> 'weil' is possible as well..but then you would need to rearrange the sentence a little bit. For the distinction of well and denn, please have a look here. However, weil would also be possible in the sentence. If I would use weil though, I would rearrange the sentence a little bit to make it sound more elegant.
  13. Gestern habe ich nicht viel gemacht, weil es sehr kalt war und die Kinder ihre Freundinnen zu Hause hat. ||| What are you trying to say here? Please let me know in English and I will tell you how to say it properly in German. Gestern bin ich mit dem Hund nur eine Stunde spazieren gegangen, denn er mag mich nicht. ||| or you could add something like denn ich habe festgestellt, dass mich der Hund nicht mag. Die Familie hat den Hund nicht gut erzogen / dressiert. ||| trainiert is a little bit weird in this context. Es kommt auch (praktisch) jeden Tag vor, dass der Hund auf dem Küchenboden mit Plastik und Papier spielt und ich muss das dann immer aufräumen. Ausserdem ist der Hund auch ein bisschen dick. Deswegen hat er jetzt Knieprobleme und kann jeden Tag nur ganz wenig essen. PS: Your German is pretty good. I could easily understand everything except for the first sentence. If you have any questions about my corrections, please let me know. Best, Lingua
